Registration Guidelines
1. Download the following files:
2. Revise your paper by taking all the suggestions and comments of the reviewers into account.
3. Update your existing submission in EasyChair system by uploading the following files:
- Camera Ready Paper (.DOCX)
- Signed Copyright Form (.PDF)
- Revised paper (Highlighted in yellow) (.DOCX)
- Payment proof (.PDF)
- Student ID (In case of student registration) (.PDF)
- Table of corrections made to your paper according to the suggestions and comments of the reviewers (.DOCX).
4. The deadline to complete the registration and submit all the above files is 15th of March 2021. All Camera-Ready Papers submitted after this deadline will not be considered for publication in Springer book series.
5. By March 15, 2021, at least one of the authors must fill in the registration form bellow and make the payment of the conference fee according to the ICETI2021 fee structure.

Notes:
1. For each transaction using PayPal, you need to include PayPal transaction fee: 5.4% of the conference paper fee in your payment.
2. If you need a proforma invoice for making the payment, please fill in the Invoice Requesting Form bellow.
Registration includes
- Access to all sessions of the Conference, including, Keynote Talks, Paper Presentations, and Interactive Networking Sessions.
- An electronic copy of the ICETIS2021Conference program.
- 15 minutes oral presentation
- Paper publication
- Certificate of presentation
Important Notes
- Registration is only confirmed when full payment is received.
- For each accepted paper, at least one author must register before the registration deadline.
- Students are requested to submit a valid Student ID during the online registration.
